"James Block is a former sports star whose criminal endeavors landed him in jail. In prison he meets "Dr. F", a strange old man who tells James about a beam that can turn living things invisible. After escaping from prison, James finds and uses the laser on himself. But, because the beam has not been perfected yet, it only rendered his skin invisible, leaving his insides visible to the outside. Angered at his disfigurement, James takes the name "Alabaster" and begins eliminating the hypocrites and the boastful. He is joined by Ami Ozawa, the granddaughter of "Doctor F", who was rendered invisible after the doctor used his pregnant daughter as an "F Beam" test subject. On their trail is Rock, a vicious FBI agent."
Probabilmente uno dei manga brevi (2 volumi) di Tezuka che ho letto che ho apprezzato di più, per varie ragioni, dunque ho pensato che fosse giusto farla conoscere al più ampio pubblico possibile (specie quello più giovane, anche se c'è ben poca speranza che apprezzi un manga di oltre 40 anni fa!)
La mia release consta di 10 capitoli, che rilascerò di volta in volta. Come ben sapete (o forse no) in Italia non è mai stato concluso, dunque mi metterò a tradurre i capitoli mancanti dalle scanlation americane, visto che (purtroppo) il giapponese mi è alquanto ostico...
NOTA BENE: potere prendere i link e postarli dove volete, abbiate solo l'accortezza di "offuscarli" il più possibile, in modo che non vengano eliminati in fretta (anche se, essendo il manga in questione difficilmente reperibile, non credo crei danno a nessuno...)
